| With landfills closing around the country, we diverted as much demolition and construction waste as possible to recycling or salvage yards, reducing our impact on landfills and providing raw materials for other businesses. During demolition, Hardin recycled all metals, wood doors, carpet and ceiling tile. During construction, Hardin recycled drywall, concrete, wood, metal and cardboard. More than 50% of the demolition and construction waste was salvaged or recycled. | ||||||
