Optimize Energy Performance (Equipment and Appliances)

Only Energy Star appliances were purchased for the break room and coffee areas. Over the course of the project, Hardin continued removing non-Energy Star equipment from our IT line up. These choices reduce the HVAC heat load and our energy consumption. On the day we moved into our new headquarters, more than 80% of our equipment was Energy Star-compliant. As a result, we consume less power, which helps the environment and our wallet.
