Going after LEED® certification is hard work, but we’re going for the GOLD. We have achieved high levels of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification. In fact, the Arthur M. Blank Family Office Building was not only the first LEED Gold certified building in Georgia, but also the first LEED Gold certified office building in the Southeast. Of course, we’re also pursuing LEED certification for ourselves by retrofitting our "new" corporate headquarters with an Energy Star roof, separately metered tenant spaces and other energy, water, and recycling conservation systems. Measures which will deliver increased savings to us, our clients and our environment over time.
