Responsible for the administration and management of construction operations in Hardin’s Office business unit, Carl Hair provides executive guidance and advice to project managers on everything from pre-construction to organization planning to procedural development and implementation. Instrumental in bringing Hardin to the forefront as a national office contractor, Mr. Hair has built longstanding relationships with top developers while encouraging less senior Hardin associates to bolster their frontline business development skills through frequent contact with clients.

Mr. Hair joined Hardin Construction in 1974 as an assistant project manager in Atlanta and demonstrated considerable industry expertise in office, hotel and retail market segments. He was promoted to vice president in 1985 and to senior vice president in 1996. Hair has overseen delivery of Concourse Corporate Center V & VI, Terminus, BellSouth Marta Lindbergh, and such recent additions to the Atlanta skyline as 3344 Peachtree Road.

Mr. Hair completed his bachelor’s degree in building construction from Clemson University.
