Lisa Fanto oversees critical support functions at Hardin, including human resources, employee development, corporate communications, and marketing and creative services. Leading the company’s drive to centralize and streamline human resources and marketing communications, she has worked to coordinate and heighten messaging consistency across business units, increase support for core operations, and make company information easily accessible to all Hardin associates, partners and stakeholders.

Ms. Fanto, who joined Hardin in 2001, has more than 25 years of human resources and corporate administration experience within companies such as Lockheed, Sprint and Solvay Pharmaceuticals.

Ms. Fanto currently serves on the board of governors for the Center for Ethics and Corporate Responsibility at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University, has been elected to the Berry College, Board of Visitors, and is past president and executive committee member of the Human Resource Leadership Forum. Ms. Fanto is also a member of the Metro Atlanta Culture Coalition Arts Leadership Class of 2006-07, the Society of Human Resource Management (Atlanta chapter), the Public Relations Society of America (Atlanta chapter) and has served as a mentor for the Georgia 100/Pathbuilders Leadership Program and the Governor’s Mentor Protégé Program.

Ms. Fanto graduated cum laude from Berry College in Mt. Berry, Georgia, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and journalism.
