Steven B. Rivers
Senior Vice President

Steve Rivers serves as senior vice president and general manager of Hardin’s Orlando, Florida, office. He is responsible for overall administration and management of construction and pre-construction services as well as new business development in central Florida.

A Hardin employee since 1988, Mr. Rivers has experience in a variety of construction arenas, including retail, hospitality, office and mixed-use developments. Drawing on his expertise in the construction of larger retail facilities such as the Mall of Georgia at Mill Creek in Atlanta, Mr. Rivers provides executive guidance and problem-solving advice to operations managers in Hardin’s Orlando office.

He currently serves on the executive board and board of governors for the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce and on the board of Workforce Central Florida. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Orlando Economic Development Council, Central Florida NAIOP, and is a past board member of ABC of Central Florida.

Mr. Rivers holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.
